Every order can be downloaded as a print-quality PDF, a CSV table, or a shapefile bundle for GIS work — plus a combined archive with everything in one ZIP. Export buttons live on the report page; exports render on demand, with no queue and no quota.

PDF

A full, multi-page PDF paginated for A4 printing. It includes:

  • The field header (location, area, date, crop info if provided).
  • All data tables, in the display mode and unit you selected.
  • Overview charts (texture pie, distribution bars).
  • The AI interpretation, if you bought that add-on.

The PDF renders from the same interface you see in the browser, so layout and styling match the on-screen report — handy for sharing with partners, attaching to reports, or keeping a permanent record.

CSV

A single file with one row per analysed point across the whole field (or every cluster, for multi-polygon fields). Columns include latitude, longitude, Total Nitrogen (%), Accessible Phosphorus (mg/kg), Accessible Potassium (mg/kg), pH, Organic Carbon (g/kg), Soil Organic Matter (%), Sand/Clay/Silt (%), and a Map Link.

  • Organic Carbon is included in the CSV even though it doesn't appear in the on-screen table.
  • The Map Link column gives a Google Maps URL for each point, so you can jump straight to a location in the field.
  • Column headers are localized to your account language (English or Bulgarian; other languages fall back to English).

CSV is the right format for loading data into a spreadsheet, running statistics, or feeding another tool.

Shapefile (SHP)

A ZIP archive containing three shapefiles in WGS84 (EPSG:4326):

  • points.shp — one point per analysed pixel, with N, P, K, SOM, and pH as attributes.
  • cells.shp — one polygon per Voronoi cell, with N, P, K, pH, SOM, CEC, Sand, Silt, and Clay as attributes.
  • field.shp — the field boundary polygon, with order and prediction IDs as attributes.

Multi-cluster fields have all clusters merged into the same files. This is the format to use in QGIS, ArcGIS, or any farm-management software that reads shapefiles — the per-cell polygons are a good starting point for variable-rate application planning. Note: shapefile column names are capped at 10 characters by the format itself, so some property names are abbreviated, and Organic Carbon is dropped from the shapefile (it's in the CSV instead).

Archive (everything in one ZIP)

A single ZIP bundling the PDF, CSV, and shapefile together — useful when handing the full deliverable to a third party (an agronomist, a buyer, a researcher) without downloading three files separately.

Sharing exports

The shareable report link (see The report) gives recipients access to the same export buttons, no account required. Link expiry matches the report itself: 7 days for registered accounts, 365 days for guest and partner orders.

File size and limits

There are no quotas, rate limits, or size caps on exports. A 1,000 ha field with multiple analysis dates can produce a large CSV (tens of thousands of rows) and a similarly sized shapefile — allow a few seconds for the larger downloads to start.
